Never before has a technology been able to interpret and deconstruct the entire US Code of Federal Regulations into succinct compliance requirements, on demand. ehsAI has integrated with the eCFR to offer customers this summer the ability to process any regulation from the eCFR.
As of 2018 there were an estimated 186,000 pages of regulations in the CFR. Assuming 15% of the total pages are for organizational purposes (indices, definitions, etc) that would leave approximately 160,000 pages of actual regulatory content. These regulations span all industry and commercial activity, including governmental functions. This enhancement is Moore & Gasperecz Global Inc.’s entre into the broader compliance market.
“We now have the tools to do what no other company can do!” Greg Gasperecz, Chief Product Officer and Founder, stated.
This means that ehsAI can process not only EHS regulations but all of the 50 titles and subject areas:
Grants and Agreements
Aliens and Nationality
Animals and Animal Products
Banks and Banking
Business Credit and Assistance
Aeronautics and Space
Commerce and Foreign Trade
Commodity and Securities Exchanges
Conservation of Power and Water Resources
Food and Drugs
Housing and Urban Development
Alcohol, Tobacco Products and Firearms
Money and Finance: Treasury
Navigation and Navigable Waters
Parks, Forests, and Public Property
Patents, Trademarks, and Copyrights
Pensions, Bonuses and Veterans' Relief
Protection of Environment—EPA
Public Contracts and Property Management
Public Lands: Interior
Emergency Management and Assistance
Federal Acquisition Regulations System
Wildlife and Fisheries
“We are very pleased to have the ability to now process the eCFR and are working hard to process all state regulations over the next few months,” Gasperecz said. “Even though our target market is EHS we wanted to be prepared to support those companies that must comply with other related regulations such as energy, natural resources, wildlife, transportation, etc.
What is the Code of Federal Regulations?
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) annual edition is the codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the departments and agencies of the Federal Government.
The online CFR is a joint project authorized by the publisher, the National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA) Office of the Federal Register (OFR), and the Government Publishing Office (GPO) to provide the public with enhanced access to Government information.
